Hey guys.

Just wanted to let you know, why I've been so quiet musically, lately....

I recently joined a band. Guys who live to play live, so I've been busting my ass to make sure my contribution is as solid as theirs.

My only job, really, is to find vocal melodies to their already existing music, put lyrics to it and sing. :)

It isn't the metal style of music newgrounds is used to hearing from me, but that is ok. Still the same vocals. haha.

The band is influenced by a lot of different rock bands. Kyuss, soundgarden, lamb of god, the list goes on...very diverse.

Anyways, we started an account here, because why not? Thought we'd share some tunes with you!

One Word: Philadelphia.

If you want to see a good number of suckers who frequent this site, why not help organize and front a musical presentation featuring the many willing musicians who contribute to the Audio Portal? We could then have the participants congregate in Philly, the birthplace of Newgrounds, and have a miniature concert (or a big one--take your pick).

I played the songs and downloaded them. I haven't decided on reviewing them yet, but I'll say I'm impressed. I still say you should bring an instrument in there, like for rhythms.

I'm glad you like the tunes, and this is a great idea. We've only been together for a couple months, but...we really seem to click, and sound as good if not better, in a live environment. So it is definitely something to consider.

I like not having any other chores, than singing. haha. Thanks as always, for your support, brother. \m/
