I left a few reviews last night, and they haven't showed up today. Thats fucking bothersome.
Anyways, superior.
Busting the 8 minute mark...thats fucking insane. And you kept me listening to the whole fucking thing...and its definitely 8 minutes that I would gladly donate again.

I liked the section from 2:30 - 3:35 a lot, and the transition into the fast riff after that...kicked a lot of ass...and your vocals...seriously kicked ass here dude.

The 2:30 - 3:35 section has been on my mental todo list for quite a while so I was really pleased with how it turned out. I really like lengthy metal songs so I just unloaded the ideas into this one.

Everything was put together quite nicely, here. Its always good to let the emotions fly out from the music. It kind of sets you free. I definitely know about loss.
Anyways, it sounds like you still have some clipping issues, but that seems to be your only problem here. Goddamn I get clipping too. :'(

The 'Black Hole Sun' video mention was perfect, too. haha.

Wicked song though, I gave it a 10, and a 5.

Thanks (damn, I say that a lot), the clipping (actually static) is partly my fault for not turning down the bass and electric guitar, and a little on the acoustic. Then again, it was a little intentional. Everyone gets clipping/static :(

OMG man, pretty tight like a virgin snatch. Kick sounds nice and punchy too. :D Teh part at 1:50...went all 80's hair metal style man. The leads in that section were very wicked.
All and all, I really enjoyed this tune. Some headbanging, chainsawing some kids...its all fucktastic!

Pretty fucking good.

Its a bit thin overall, and I'm not a huge fan of the distortion. But...its a sweet song, man.
Vocals are pretty damn good. The screamo works, and is a uniqueness, to a vocalist. Making them deeper wouldn't make them better. These were quite awesome actually. I may want to borrow some screamo off of you one day.

Reminds me of a good friend. Has some of the best screamo I've ever heard. This could easily, rank up there.

Pretty cool.
I was really looking for a little sustain right at the beginning, but...you were progressive with sharp chords, so that is ok. I actually can't wait to hear what this sounds like with guitars. haha. The mix so far is quite nice, Its a little more centered, but that will sound wicked with guitars pounding far left and right.

In some parts the drums sounded a tad "midi" ish. If you can midi them up...send them to me and I'll drop them into ezdrummer if you like.

Otherwise, fantastic job man. I quite liked from 3:01 - 3:30 ish. Pretty climatic.
Also the dark strings around 5:03 etc were pretty awesome.

The thrashy part starting around 6:13 will probably be my favorite part when you complete this. haha.

Anyways man, awesome so far. ANd like I say, if you want me to help you out with some drums, just let me know, or just straight email me the midi.

Thanks man! Yeah I have all of the first beginning calm bit recorded on guitar, and I'm working on the first part where it starts to pick up now, I'll definitely try to get the drums all saved as a midi(I'll have to try it with garageband and see, but it seems like I should be able to do it) It would definitely be killer to have ezdrummer drums for this song though...yeah I had that thrashy part planned out from the beginning I definitely couldn't wait until I was able to play that in it haha, I'll keep on working on the guitar for this and getting those midis man, thanks for the review and all the help, too.
