Fucking riffs kicked my ass. Great ideas here. You fucking lazy bastard. haha.
I dig this. Working with what you have, this fucker is sweet as fuck. Nothing wrong with the playing, riffs were awesome as fuck. Drums were there, doing their job.

Reading your response to DK, and you are right. We are all NOT pro's. Sound quality only comes to those who can afford to buy better gear. I mostly review based on my enjoyment of the composition, rather than than the quality.
....this made me want to punch a hole through the head of an old lady.

Pretty cool!

I liked this man. The song itself was pretty awesome sounding and well written.
Only think I can think to help this, other than what you mention, is panning.
Its a bit thin. Pan your rhythm tracks all the way left and right. Play them twice, don't be lazy and copy and paste. haha. Keeping leads and calmer guitars more centered. This will spread out everything nicely, and thicken this bitch right up.

It's a sweet song, but for some reason I don't think it's my best work. Season's Changing, in my opinion is the most epic song i've made so far... Meh, you'll see once I upload the new version. The vocals really come out better there.
(P.S. at the last TOO LONG scream i recorded i had to edit around a bit at the end, because just as I screamed it, the chiefmate came in and asked me wtf is going on haha)

Thanks man. About the mix...all I did was to mix in my guitars...Maestro's track was already finished so to say. None the less, I couldn't hold this on my comp. forever! :)

Wicked.

I love the subtle build up on this. Truly gives you a genuine feel of something. Its very unknown, and mysterious. When the bass kicked in..dug it a lot.
The percussion could have used a TON of reverb, or echo even...to make it sound more embedded in the music, in my opinion. But other wise, this really is very cool. I like it a lot.

256 kbps? wow. I consider 160 high. haha. I do have the capacity to go higher, up to 320...but I don't really notice much more "quality". Though, I'm only using my Fostex t-20's for mixing. When I listen, for "feel" it goes to my stereo..and it doesn't pick up half the frequencies the headphones do.

SO yeah, anyways..really enjoyed this.

Thanks for the review as always. I'll definitely try some reverb on the drums and see how it sounds. I agree with you totally. I spent so much time on this one song that I forgot to even give that a go. I also think it would add to the piece, but I gotta try it to be sure.

Yeah, the first version sounded like...crap compared to this now but it's fun to hear the "old" versions compared to the final now. It's kind of a relief for me that this song is finally done and out! On to some new shit! Finally! :)
